Challenge
Four hundred variants had to look photographed rather than generated, at a cost per image that made the catalogue viable.
Approach
One lighting rig, one camera set, and a material graph driven by the product database.
Outcome
Cost per image landed low enough that the catalogue is now refreshed every season.
